Subject to availability, the group rate of $239.00/night will apply three (3) days prior to, and three (3) days following the dates of the event. Rates quoted are single/double occupancy. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before March 26, 2026 (the “Cutoff Date”).  Room rate and availability after the cut-off date cannot be guaranteed.

RESORT FEE:

All guest room rates are subject to applicable taxes, a Tourism District Improvement (TDI) Fee, and The Peabody’s non-commissionable daily Hotel Services Fee. The Hotel Occupancy Tax is 9%. The State Sales Tax is 9.75%, the City Tourism Tax is 5%, plus a flat $2.00 TDI fee per night. The Hotel Services Fee (HSF) is $6.95 per room, per night (not taxed). All taxes, fees and service charges are current and subject to change. The HSF entitles all guests to wireless internet access in guest rooms and hotel lobby, unlimited local phone and 800 number calls, complimentary use of the Athletic Club, PressReader digital newspaper, and coffee and tea service in the Deli each morning during designated hours.
