Your Friends Membership status entitles you to two (2) prepaid registration fees.
A fee of $500.00 is due for each additional attendee.
Please indicate the two individuals that will be attending the Forum per your membership and any additional
guests or employees of your company.

LODGING
Subject to availability, the group rate of $239.00/night (plus tax) will apply three (3) days prior to, and three (3) days following the dates of the event. Rates quoted are single/double occupancy. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Monday, April 1, 2024 (the “Cutoff Date”). Room rate and availability after the cut-off date cannot be guaranteed.
